Amplify Blast is a personal project designed to empower content creators. Our platform facilitates the packaging and sharing of social media posts by creators' supporters, streamlining campaign efforts on social media platforms.

You acknowledge that all content posted, shared, or otherwise made available through Amplify Blast, including posts, images, links, and comments, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Platform. You agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

3. Access and Use

Access to Amplify Blast is granted as a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to decide, at our sole discretion, which posts will be allowed on the platform and may remove content or users at any time without notice. No user is guaranteed the right to use the Platform, and we may deny or revoke access to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

By using Amplify Blast, you affirm that you have the right to post or transmit the content and that doing so does not infringe on any other party's intellectual property rights. You grant Amplify Blast a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

5. Disclaimers

Amplify Blast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be safe, secure, or error-free or that the Platform will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Amplify Blast, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
